Both. I use ink for the outlines & some shading, while I use pencil to simulate Manga tones.

Nami is pretty much beyond anyone's control. But that's a good thing. I for one can respect her free-spirited nature. Of course i say.....this...*Nami cracks her knuckles* ..I-I-I say this of my own volition! Nami is a deep and thoughtful young lady who practically carries the entire strawhat crew.......She's my favorite OP character of all time, not Zoro as I said before, no, no!
